- The top-level authoritative attribute is now
#IMPLIED, whereas previously it defaulted to
false.
- New <authentication> element added to
<serverInfo>; may contain a simple ``open
authentication token'' or subelements:
- <user>
- <group>
- <password>
- Removed old boolean authentication attribute
from <serverInfo>.
- Added optional attributeSet element to
<name> within <map>.
